For instance, SHG Advisors was engaged by an organization that was quickly gaining a strong reputation (and thus the attention of a lot of funders) to create a quantitative tool to use for programmatic, financial, and operational decision-making. Together, we created a tool that allowed the organization to make smart decisions and remain focused on its vision to support inner-city youth.
