Yumiko Dougherty

Yumiko brings 15 years of experience designing and leading strategic planning efforts with diverse partners to create a shared vision and roadmap forward. Her consulting firm, Ignite the Change Advisors, was born out of a desire to explore strategic and collaborative solutions to complex social problems while modeling compassionate leadership and elevating lived expertise. Rebecca Mayer

Rebecca has dedicated the last fifteen years to collaborating with diverse partners to develop and implement system-wide responses aimed at solving homelessness. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Rebecca has served as Deputy Director (and later the Interim Executive Director) for the Metro Denver Homeless Initiative (MDHI) the Metro Denver Continuum of Care (CoC). She also spent two years working with the Balance of State CoC, learning about the unique needs of rural communities and their specific challenges in addressing homelessness. Sara Nadelman

Sara’s (she/her) nearly 25 year-long career spanned mental/behavioral health administration, local and international anti-human trafficking, human services, youth engagement/wellbeing, and philanthropy. She loves creating actionable connections between nonprofit, for profit, government, philanthropic, and community partners to address seemingly intractable social issues. Sara is the Managing Director of Harlech Consulting, focusing on strategy, philanthropic fundraising, governmental partnerships, and youth engagement. Carolyn Taylor

With a career spanning over three decades, Carolyn brings a unique blend of organizational insight, strategic coordination, and operational efficiency to every role she undertakes. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at SHG Advisors, Carolyn excels at orchestrating complex project workflows, ensuring on-time delivery of client deliverables, and managing logistics for high-level meetings and events. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hamilton College. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to administrative leadership, driven by a passion for service excellence and organizational growth.

Dan Treglia

Dan is an Associate Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania, Instructor in the Center for State Health Policy at Rutgers University and President of Social Policy Analytics. He has spent 17 years in government and academia conducting interdisciplinary and collaborative mixed-methods research focused on bridging clinical and community-based systems to address systemic housing and health inequities facing marginalized communities. Cassy Westmoreland

Cassy (she/her) has a decade of experience in homelessness services. She has worked as frontline staff in shelters and outreach programs, led collaborative strategic planning initiatives, and managed over $150 million in state and federal funding, earning national recognition from agencies like HUD and the EPA. Now, she helps constituent-led organizations expand capacity, secure grants, and administer evidence-based programming that dismantles systems of oppression. David Schoenhals

David Schoenhals is an accomplished education leader with 35+ years of experience in classroom teaching, administration, and consulting. He has led district-wide strategic planning, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and driven transformative change. David is skilled in building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and creating actionable plans that promote academic excellence and financial sustainability. Greg Harms

Greg Harms joined the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless volunteer board of directors in 1998. Five years later, Greg left his career in technology to become the full-time CEO of the Shelter.  After serving in that role for almost 20 years, Greg started Domos Consulting to continue his efforts to bring stable housing to communities across the Mountain West.  Domos now works with nonprofit agencies, local governments, and private sector developers to realize housing solutions. Greg holds a BS in Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA from Harvard. He also has 25+ hours of post-graduate studies in psychology at Colorado University and the Naropa Institute.
